We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion and without prior notice.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate details such as your name, contact information, address, and service requirements.
We will confirm your booking via email, call, or message. A booking is not final until confirmed by GreenShine Cleaners.
If we are unable to fulfill your requested date or time, we will offer an alternative slot.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on our website or quoted to you are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, or e-transfer.
Additional charges may apply for special requests, extra cleaning time, or heavily soiled areas.
We reserve the right to update prices or promotional offers at any time without notice.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. Please note the following:
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in future booking restrictions.
If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and offered a new appointment.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, we ask that you:
Provide safe access to the property and ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available.
Secure pets and valuables before the cleaning session.
Inform our team of any fragile or high-value items that require special handling.
Communicate any specific cleaning preferences or problem areas in advance.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion.
We will return to address the issue at no additional cost, provided the concern is related to our cleaning performance.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for completed services but are committed to resolving issues promptly and professionally.
7. Liability and Limitations
While we take great care during cleaning, GreenShine Cleaners is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or wear to furniture, flooring, or fixtures
Damage caused by unstable items, poor installation, or hidden defects
Loss or damage of items not reported within 24 hours of the service
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Health and Safety
Our team uses eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products to ensure a safe and sustainable cleaning environment.
However, clients must inform us of:
Allergies or sensitivities to certain products
Hazardous materials or unsafe conditions at the property
We reserve the right to decline service in situations that pose safety risks to our staff.
